Overview

UltimateAddons DIN / Hella / BMW Style battery connector cable kit for Apple iPhone 3Gs is an excellent item for use with a DIN Connector on a motorcycle. This is an ideal way to keep your Apple iPhone 3Gs charged while travelling, taking power from the motorcycle battery. The cable includes and an on/off switch box with LED Indicator, allowing the user to turn the power off without having to access the battery, ideal for avoiding a drained battery!

1 - UltimateAddons Din /Hella / BMW Style Charger Cable

The cable is simple to set up, the male din connector simply plugs into the female din socket if available on the motorcycle, then run the cable / switch box to a suitable location. The cable includes an inline blade fuse (easily replaced if required) with waterproof cover.

From there you can connect the suitable charge cable (iPhone connector included, various others are available to buy from our shop, see links below) and then connect it to the device. The cable is connected via a waterproof connector and is easy to remove. Illustrative Diagram below;

2 - UltimateAddons Connector Cable for Apple iPhone 3Gs

This Connector cable connects to the Hardwire Battery Cable via a watertight connection. The cable is approx 50cm long. The end connector is the Apple Dock Connector which will charge the Apple iPhone 3Gs when connected. This cable is also designed to work with all Apple iPhone's and iPOD's apart from the shuffle.

Please note that various other 5V cables are available to buy that work with this kit, these include Mini USB for many Sat Nav's and Micro USB for most Smart Phones
